THE PROCESS

The Vampire Facelift involves shaping the face as well as improving the texture and tone of the skin. It begins with an injection of a filler made from Hyaluronic Acid (HA). You’ve probably heard of Restylane or Juvederm – these are examples of HA fillers.

Also injected are growth factors (called cytokines) that are extracted from the patient’s own blood. These are nature’s miracle workers — they affect cells and cause both cell repair and new tissue production.

These growth factors actually stimulate your cells to cause them to produce new tissue that fills in (plumps up) the face. So areas that were flat, hollow or sagging are now filled and smooth.
